প্রশিক্ষণ মডিউলিটির কাঠামোটি মূলত কৃষক ও কৃষিখাতে জড়িত ভেল্যুচেইন অ্যাক্টরদের বিভিন্ন ডিজিটাল পরিষেবা ও বিভিন্ন ধরনের আধুনিক কৃষি সরঞ্জামগুলির সম্ভাব্য ব্যবহার ও উপকারিতা সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে। এর ফলে কৃষক ও কৃষিখাতে জড়িত ভেল্যুচেইন অ্যাক্টররা ভবিষ্যতে এর সুযোগ -সুবিধাগুলি মূল্যায়ন করতে পারবেন। এই প্রশিক্ষণ মডিউলিটি কৃষকদের ডিজিটাল ডিভাইস ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে তাদের নিজ নিজ কৃষি কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করতে পারবে এবং অনুশীলনের মাধ্যমে জ্ঞান দক্ষতা বাড়িয়ে উন্নত কৃষিকাজ যেমন, মাঠ ফসল, গবাদিপশূ পালন এবং মৎস্য খামার লাভজনকভাবে পরিচালনা করেতে পারবে।
প্রশিক্ষণ মডিউলিটিতে ডিজিটাল পরিষেবা ও বিভিন্ন ধরনের আধুনিক কৃষি সরঞ্জামগুলির ব্যবহার অনুশীলনের মাধ্যমে উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে যা কৃষকদের উত্সাহিত করবে এবং ডিজিটাল দক্ষতা বিকাশের জন্য সহায়ক ভূমিকা রাখবে। প্রশিক্ষণ মডিউলিটি কৃষকদের উন্নত ডিজিটাল কৃষি সম্প্রসারণ এবং বিপণন পরিষেবাগুলিতে স্মার্ট এবং সুনির্দিষ্ট প্রবেশাধিকার প্রদানের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষা এবং সচেতনতার বিষয়েও দিকনির্দেশনা দিবে যা তাদের পরিবারের আয় বৃদ্ধি, খাদ্য এবং আর্থিক নিরাপত্তার পাশাপাশি গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করবে।
এই মডিউলিটি প্রশিক্ষিত কৃষকদের এমনভাবে তৈরি করবে যেন এটি প্রশিক্ষকদের (ToT) প্রশিক্ষণের জন্যও ব্যবহার করা যাবে, যাতে প্রশিক্ষিত কৃষক ও কৃষিখাতে জড়িত ভেল্যুচেইন অ্যাক্টররা তাদের সমকক্ষ এবং ক্লায়েন্ট/গ্রাহকদের প্রশিক্ষণ/মুখী করতে সক্ষম হবে। প্রশিক্ষণ মডিউলিটিতে ডিজিটাল মাধ্যম ব্যবহারের যেকোন ধরনের গোপনীয়তা এবং/অথবা নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘন এড়াতে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি এবং সতর্কতামূলক পদক্ষেপের বিভাগ রয়েছে।

INTRODUCTION
This training manual is designed to equip farmers and various stakeholders in the agriculture sector with digital awareness through skill building and agricultural literacy through the use of mobile phones. This manual is designed to facilitate the use of Digitizer among value, rural development farmers, and value actors in the agricultural sector.
The structure of the training manual is mainly explained in detail the potential uses and benefits of various digital services and various types of modern agricultural tools for farmers and value chain actors involved in the agriculture sector. This will enable farmers and value chain actors involved in the agriculture sector to assess its opportunities in the future.
The training manual presents the use of digital services and various types of modern agricultural tools through exercises that will encourage farmers and help develop digital skills. An online version of this manual has been introduced to assist with any troubleshooting after training.
This Training Manual is solely designed to enhance knowledge of value chain actors including farmers on key digital devices and services available to them to improve, support, and assist their respective farming operations and improved practices. Actors selected for this training manual will be those involved in the crops, livestock, and aquaculture sub-sectors. The training will also address associated education and awareness factors to provide smart and precise access to improved digital agricultural extension and marketing services leading to increased household income, food, and financial security as well as safeguarding privacy.
This manual is also designed for a training of trainers (ToT) approach so that the trained value chain actors will then be able to train/orient their counterparts and clients/customers. - Acquainting agricultural value chain actors with digital devices and relevant features required to access digital agricultural services using feature/button phones and smartphones.
- Usage and benefits of digital social media platforms.
- Usage and benefits of agricultural digital applications (agriculture app)
- Introduce digital financial literacy (MFS)
- Awareness of safety and security
